Can not open file DesignStandard_CS6_LS16.7z' as archive

This is the error message I received after waiting 5 hours to download Creative Suite 6 Design Standard for Students and Teachers--for the second time! It told me to re-download all of this already, and it didn't fix anything. NOTHING is wrong with my computer, I just bought this amazing new desktop (now 1 week old) SPECIFICALLY for Graphic Design work. So frustrated that I can't even install this. I am an artist without the tools of my trade, please help me.

Can you open DesignStandard_CS6_LS16.7z with a ZIP program like Winzip or 7zip?  If not, then your download is corrupted.

The size of the download is 3,930,406 KB (4,024,735,201 bytes).  If it's off by just one byte, then it's corrupted; download it again.

Upon further review, Pat, you are right. My download came out as 3,498,049,536 bytes. So now my question(s) is how did it corrupt when downloading, and how can I re-download it without any chance of corruption?

And, yes, I did attempt to open said file with 7-Zip.

Two installation files need to be downloaded for Windows: .7z (3.7GB) (which you have done) and .exe (1 MB)

    Download CS6 products

Once downloaded you double click on the .exe file and follow the prompts.

Alright, downloaded Part 2 (.exe file). And this is what it says:

The file archive part of Adobe CS6 Design Standard is missing. You need all parts in the same folder in order to extract Adobe CS6 Design Standard. Please download all parts.

Is it saying for me to place both downloads (3.7GB & 1MB) in the same folder together???
