Can't download illustrator or indesign

I have enough space in my computer I didn't have no problem downloading photoshop. For some reason when I try to download illustrator or Indesing I keep getting a pop up saying "Illustrator is not yet available for your device". I could really use a help or advice. I really need those programs in my laptop

Selena, what type of device are you trying to install Illustrator CC on?  Does it meet or exceed the system requirements listed in https://helpx.adobe.com/illustrator/system-requirements.html?

Thanks, Selena.   The error message is accurate; the computer you are using features an ARM processor and is incompatible with Illustrator CC. Please use a different computer to utilize Illustrator.

Hi Jeffrey,

I was searching solution on this. I have the same problem installing Adobe Illustrator and got the message "Illustrator is not yet available for your device". The laptop I use is the latest Asus Zenbook A14. What could be the problem? Here is the laptop specs:

• Windows 11 Home
• Snapdragon® X Elite X1E 78 100 Processor
• 32GB
• Qualcomm® Adreno™ GPU
• 1TB M.2 NVMe™ PCIe® 4.0 SSD

The Snapdragon processor is the issue. You need to download Illustrator (Beta) via the Creative Cloud Desktop app.
