Can't install CC apps because "another instance is running" - But there's not?

Hello,

I can't install any CC apps, when it gets to 42%/43% I get an error message saying that another instance is running and I should wait until this is completed before I can resume my installation.

But there is no other instance running.

I already contacted Adobe via the support chat, but since my OS (Windows 10) and CC are in Dutch, they couldn't do much.

I already tried closing processes via the Task Manager.

Hopefully someone knows a solution or has had the same problem. Also about a month ago, I was able to install Photoshop, InDesign and Acrobat without any trouble.

Thanks in advance.

    Hi,

If you don't see any instance running in task manager, then close creative cloud desktop app and services form the task manager and

Please reboot your computer and try to install CC apps again.

It's not working unfortunately. I keep getting the same error message.
