Can't install Creative Cloud

Hi,
in these days I tried to install the Creative Cloud app but without success. I already tried this Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app doesn't open or shows a spinning progress wheel  and this Utilizzo di Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool per la risoluzione dei problemi di installazione but I still have the same problem. uninstall everything cc including preferences, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html

then uninstall the cc desktop app, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html

clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html

restart your computer (don't skip this)

reinstall the cc desktop app, https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud.

if you're unable to install the cc desktop app at this stage, use an administrator account (solution 4 here, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/creative-cloud-missing-damaged.html)

use the desktop app to install your cc programs/trials

Does anyone know if the SSE2 is important and maybe there is something to be activated in the bios? I have an AMD Ryzen 7 2700. And then, does it make sense to try and install Adobe CC in a Virtual Machine?

click cc > one of the programs you purchased > download and install > chat

If I choose Adobe XD and then Download and install I can't get acces to any chat.
