I have been trying to purchase a Creative Cloud subscription for the last few days and it does not work. I've tried different browsers, different devices and even calling adobe sales and it still doesn't work.
Anyone else having issues?
You'd think it be easier to spend money!
Please help.

Hi, having the same issue as a couple others in this thread in which I get stuck in a loop at the confirmation page. I click Confirm, and the page just refreshes and goes back to step one. I get no error message and no confirmation email. I've tried in two different browsers. And no, I do not have another card to try.
I have a friend that was having a problem with processing a subscription a few months ago, and looking back on this thread it seems like similar issues have been around for a long time. It's bizarre to me that a company like Adobe can't figure out online payments.

Let me check if there is any hindrance in your Adobe ID meanwhile. Have you tried other browser as the Adobe ID is perfectly fine.
