I followed every link the Adobe site told me to follow in order to get my subscription to creative cloud cancelled. It is very frustrating because it is like a cardwheel, always brings you back to the beginning and then continues in a never ending loop. I'm definitely frustrated with this. If Adobe makes it so easy to subscribe, why is it so darned hard to unsubscribe?

I have a teacher/student subscription and tried to cancel before the second year of paying for it but I was not able to cancel it and now I am stuck paying for another whole year. Could I have it cancelled or will I have to pay a fee for cancelling? I can't afford to keep paying for this.

The CC subscription comes with a cancellation fee which is 50% of the remaining amount of the yearly contract which was purchased on Jun. 03, 2015 .
We have now a direct link to billing department for cancellation , please follow it.

Hi guys
PLEASE cancel my subscription and deduct your 50% cancellation fee. I have been asking for many days now.
I am REALY trying to do this the ethical way. In the mean time your delay has cost me another month subscription at a full rate! The fact that your website takes customers in circles when they try to cancel online is nothing but fraud!
If this does not get sorted out soonenst I have no other option but to open a fraud case with the authorities and to stop my credit card payment to Adobe.
