CC shows Upgrade Plans even after owning license

Hi,

I have an enterprise adobe creative suite license but I still see the status of the apps like Photoshop and Illustrator to be a trial version and XD denotes as the Starter plan which asks for an upgrade. I was facing this issue even in my previous organisation. Could you please help me with it?
