Charged Twice - Creative Cloud All Apps
Hello, since August 2018 my bank account has been charged twice a month for the Creative Cloud All Apps annual plan subscription, so I have been charged an additional £129.92 from this date. I believe this became a problem when I received my new card, how can this issue be resolved and how can I cancel the payments from my old card? Chat was avoided.
