Hello everyone and hope all is well.
As the title of this post goes, I cannot for the life of me install the Creative Cloud Installer on my new M2 Macbook Air. I migrated my data and apps from my old M1 MBA to the new M2 MBA. I tried to first repair the installer and that didn't work. Tried to uninstall and that didn't work either. I used the cleaner to get rid of any remnants of the old installer, downloaded the latest CCI from Adobe and nothing.
The error message is:
You can’t open the application “Creative Cloud Installer.app” because it is not responding.
I don't know what to do. If anyone knows anything, please help me. 😞
Have a great weekend. 😉

you cannot use apple's migration asst to move adobe apps. it seems to always fail and cause problems.
the best solution is to:
1. reset your new mac to factory settings (to eliminate the mess created by migration).
2. uninstall (https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html) adobe apps from your older mac
3. uninstall the cc desktop app from your older mac, using the correct uninstaller, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html#sa_src=web-mes...
4. clean your older mac of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html
5. migrate your older (now adobe free) mac to your new mac
6. install the cc desktop app on your new computer, https://creativecloud.adobe.com/apps/all/desktop?action=install&source=apps&productId=creative-cloud
6. use the cc desktop app to install your adobe subscription and trial programs on your new computer

Is it possible we get that migration data asa backup and if anythings goes wrong then upload or export that data. Will it be working? I also purchase new M2 and already suffer from this. Is there any option other than factory reset.

if can't install the cc desktop app on your m2 mac, you probably need to install rosetta 2.

1. you factory reset your new mac, true?
2. you migrated an adobe-free older mac, true?
3. you successfully installed the cc desktop app on your new mac, true?
4. when you tried to open the cc desktop app on your new mac you saw an error message, true?
if you can't answer yes to all 4, what exactly did you do?
if yes to all 4, embed a screenshot of the error message you saw when trying to open the cc desktop app.

I can't even install the CC desktop as this is the error message that comes when I double click on the installer.

so, you successfully completed steps 1. and 2. and are stuck on step 3. correct?
if so, restart your computer and retry installing the cc desktop app.
if you see the same error:
a. delete the cc desktop app installer that's causing the error
b. clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html
c. restart your computer (don't skip this)
d. download from the link at the bottom of the page at https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-app-download.html

What do you mean "same"? Are you having problems installing? Can you explain your problem?

>old M1 MBA to the new M2 MBA
Does that mean there is an M2 cpu in that?
I thought that Adobe was still working to get programs compatible with the M1 cpu ???

Yes. It's a M2 MBA. I'll give it a try using Rosetta.
