Error retriving frame. Substituting frame. Using Sony native MXF (normally I'd convert everything to proress first, ). This seems to be an issue with PP that isn't going away. PP 24.5 Mac OS X 13.6.7 2.4 GHz 8-Core Intel Core i9 AMD Radeon Pro 5500M 8 GB Intel UHD Graphics 630 1536 MB 64 GB 2667 MHz DDR4 1TB APFS Interface laggy, right clicking takes several seconds to open menu on timeline. Maybe related to MXF source footage. Maybe not.

My printers are on a seperate network, today, I go to print from PDF and Adobe Acrobat won't stop telling me we have connection problems. Rant: The real connection issue is between shareholder profits (Big A) and the engineering team. But really, never had an issue switching networks before, can't I be offline for two seconds anymore?

Old project opened in new 2024.4 AE. Comments in expressions show up as error. Attached is the error notice. I have AE open in safe mode, error still pops up, but does crash AE when not in safe mode.

We use FX6s and FX9s (sony's .mxf) with M1 macs. After CC23 release, make it habbit to convert all media to prores, either LT or HG, depending on the shoot. It's the only way I have found not to have issues with slow playback.

Actions: Clip selected for Roto. Warp stabilizer added, stabilized. Rotoed Clip. During the roto freeze a warp analyize banner was triggered about new frames, which when was then included in the rotomask. I had to unfreeze mask, render the stabilized clip and start again. I don't roto much, or use warp all that often. I am guessing like most major VFX processes, stick to one major element/pass at a time. per comp/clip

I uninstalled and reinstalled via the Creative Cloud Manager, which was having a bunch of issues as well. It seems to be working again. Thank you for the prompt response. HP SK-2027 Keyboard built in smart card terminal.

Acrobat Pro no longer seeing smartcard device. All web apps can see it, I tried the folling as well as linking the library path. Take a still frame using the camera icon under program monitor, set to OpenEXR, >Import into project. But creates infiniate exports until force closing program. Crash report created by PP. PP 24.0.3 Mac OS X 13.6.1 Still frame generator exported 1,872 32kb datafiles before I could shutdown PP.

Same, did the uninstall and reinstall thing, worked once. After a system reboot it stopped working again. MAC OS Venturea 13.16.1, I won't touch the 14 update for a while as it to is loaded with issues. This load screen only started recently, maybe a month ago. I can use quick action, stock and marketplace, and files in the CC app but nothing else. Apps and Home won't load.

It's the little things. I feel really bad for the adobe programming team. The CEO getting millions and millions in bonuses for unCreative Cloud, and the programmers get annoyed cusotmers. Adjusting the size of the brush shouldn't cause any problems, yet it does. It doesn't show all the time, if flickers away during the size change, it sometimes shows. Feature request, users get a credit for every bug reported at the rate of Adobe's top paid project manager per hour.

The program seems like a cool idea, but it is constantly crashing. Using Adobe Express in Chrome browser, app crashes when wanted to add text, transitions, change an element. It's almost every click. The solution is always spend more money. Playback using dedicated hardware is the proper solution. For as little as 150 dollars using the blackmagic monitor adapter. You can try the NDI Launcher virtual monitor as well if you have extra computers laying around. Get the best support by providing the following info. Day one level effects, (this elementary editing) drop shadow crashes PP24. I added a drop shadow to a photo on the timeline, used the 0.0 to slide the value, and the program froze, turned the media green. System: 13.4 (22F66) 2.4 GHz 8-Core Intel Core i9 AMD Radeon Pro 5500M 8 GB, Intel UHD Graphics 630 1536 MB 64 GB 2667 MHz DDR4 Rant: When do users get to charge Adobe Inc. for being beta testers? Not asking for much only $58 an hour? I see the CEO did a nice 31 million in 2022.
