I have been having issues with fonts not downloading to CC. As a last resort I chose to do a fresh install of CC to see if that resolved the issue. However, it seems to have made things worse. Andrew, the MacBook Pro you are using is relatively new. Did the Creative Cloud application ever work on this computer? Also, what process did you use to set up the MacBook Pro with M1 Max Processor?

No. I uninstalled the CC App itself. The individual apps are still on my computer and luckily still working fine.

Then, use the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to remove all currently installed Adobe software. This process will also remove the Intel applications and components copied to the computer by the migration assistant.
Once all Adobe applications have been removed, you can then use the process in https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/download-install-app.html to install the Universal versions of the Creative Cloud applications and components.
