My Creative Cloud app gets stuck at Loading:
I tun CC cleaner and re-install, which fixes it. But then it breaks again
I'm tired of having to re-install all my Adobe apps, is there therething else I can try?
Using Macbook Air M2
Fixed thanks a lt. support were really helpful. Little Snitch was the culprit. I had a load of old rules ported over from an old time machine install

if cc works and then later fails, something on your computer (eg, av, antimalware, cleaner etc) is corrupting your cc files.
if you don't/can't fix that problem/s cause and want to try something easier than reinstalling, you can try:
1. restarting your computer
2. if that fails, reset the cc desktop app by making sure it's in the foreground, then press:
Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
Mac: Cmd + Opt + R
3. if that fails, repair per https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-install-stuck.html

Thanks, non of those solutions work. Aside from a complete OS re-install I'm a bit stumped

I've run CleanMyMac malware scan. Haven't had a virus on a max in years, so not bothered with anything else

it's not a virus problem. it's a possible antivirus problem.

Ahhhh I'm with you now. I just installed Malwarebytes / Avast - no threats
I'll uninstall CleanMyMac and see if that solves it

Unistalled everything, still same problem persists.
It works whe you re-install Creative Cloud, but as soon as I restart, it freezes on startup

someone's probably going to have to check your computer to see what's causing the problem. contact adobe support via chat so they can check. to use chat
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-com...

thank you I'll do that
BTW I just found this:
we're still testing and optimizing them for Mac computers with the M2 chip. We recommend using these apps on Mac computers with the M1 chip
https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/apple-silicon-m1-chip.html
Pretty suprised at that !
