CS5.5 serial number not valid

I recently purchased a new computer and no longer have a disc drive; therefore, I am unable to install my CS5.5 with my discs I purchased years ago. I found where I can download it on the website, but it is saying my serial code is invalid. Any suggestions? I've been on hold with Adobe for quite some time. Thank you!

Jordyn D27101866, sorry that the serial number for Creative Suite 5.5 is not accepted when you use the retail installation files available at Download Adobe Creative Suite 5.5 products .

As a next step, I would recommend you transfer the installation files you were provided to a USB drive using a computer that features an optical drive.  You can then install from a USB drive on the current computer,   Jordyn D27101866.

If you continue to encounter errors, then please see  Error: "The serial number is not valid for this product" | Adobe Creative Suite which provides additional steps on how to resolve invalid serial numbers.

Hi this questions is @ Jeff.

I have my serial CS5.5 Creative Suite Serial number however, the links on the website list everything separately so the serial key won't work.

I found a link that said it contains the whole suite but it doesn't.

I have bought a new Mac and understand that CS5 is no longer available.  Where can I download the CS5 suite from?

    Thanks

    Hi Jae7,

Which Adobe CS5 suite you have purchased, like Master Collection, Production Premium, Design Premium, Web Premium, Design Standard?

You can download all the suites available from the following link:  Download Adobe Creative Suite 5 products

Note: Adobe Creative Suite products are not compatible with any of the latest operating systems, Adobe has not tested them on the latest operating systems hence they may or may not work.

There is a workaround available to install Creative Suite apps on Mac Sierra, you may try installing the apps using the same: Installing Creative Suite on macOS 10.12 (Sierra).

    Use an external disc drive.

    Is it a student version?
