CS6 activation limit reset

Requesting help from tech support is not working. waited for 20ish minutes for a response and they drop the chat in less then 2 minutes. passing around and not any real answers. I understand CS6 is not supported for updates, I am fine with that. I paid for the masters collection and have the serial number. I am however running into an issue where adobe is locking me out of the product I have paid for. 10 years with the product and a few computers through the years(which I do not have access to due to junking them). Only have one activated left apparently. I understand they are not supporting the software, again I am aware. They are however dropped it and forced others to not be able to use the product they paid for. you don't buy shoes and fill in concrete into the holes because you don't want to support it. For something that is not being supported they are still manging the rules used for the product that is not supported. I am fine not having two active at the same time but I should be able to use my desktop when I am home and the laptop I have on the go. Offering me to use the subscription service when I already paid for the actual product for me to use. Sure I don't the cool knew tools but I don't need them.
