CS6 Production Premium already in use by the maximum allowed computers. Not able to deactivate.

Hey! I'm at a loss with the issue I'm having and I maybe this is the right place to look for help.

So I've been using CS6 Production Premium for a long time and recently I started getting the 30 days countdown that I must deactivate another computer or provide another valid serial number. I'm not able to deactivate because the product does not appear on the "products activation page". I also don't have access to any old computers I might have used CS6 on.

I've looked endlessly for a way to reach out to adobe and get help to reset my activations, but apparently I can only talk with the Adobe Virtual Assistant which told me this:

"Since we don't provide chat support for discontinued products, versions, or free apps, you may find help at adobe.com/go/eos". This don't help me at all!

The chat then pointed me here as I clicked "More contact options".

Is there anyway possible I can get contact with Adobe and get help to open up CS6 softwares again? I'm terrified that I'm about to lose access to an immense amount of work.

Thanks!

The ONLY way to activate when you have used both activations is for YOU the owner to DE-activate on one of the two computers that is already activated... Adobe stopped resetting the activation count several months ago

Adobe can't help you with 13+ year-old legacyware. It's no longer supported or certified to run on newer systems.

1. Did you deactivate Creative Suite from your previously installed devices?
That's critically important because your individual license has a strict activation limit. Remote deactivation is not possible.

If the old devices are dead or no longer in your possession, you've reached the end of this train ride. You'll need to find replacements that you can use on a new device.

Thanks for the information. It blows my mind a little that it has to be this way and I think I'm going to do some careful considerations moving forward.

You can thank the software pirates who forced software companies to employ strong antipiracy systems. Newer systems are account based, but require to get on-line at regular intervals.

ie, if that's impossible, it's impossible to recover an activation.
