Downloading Fireworks CS3 again

My computer has been wiped clean due to a virus. I have my e-mail address and code when I originally purchased and downloaded Fireworks CS3. How do I download it again into my "like brand new" computer?

Did you downloaded Fireworks setup from below link ?

Please mention Operating System version.

Windows 7 is my OS.

I can't find the CS3 serial number from the Adobe website; I found it in my e-mail in the thank you e-mail I received from Adobe when I ordered it.

No, that won't work because I'm a second-class citizen and they don't offer phone support to me. And that's the way they like it, I guess.
