Encountered issues in updating Creative Cloud. Error Code 191

I did a program "Repair". The issue remain unresolved!!

Should I Un-install Creative cloud, and reinstall?

Thank you

By following this guide (https://community.adobe.com/t5/download-install-discussions/creative-cloud-fails-to-update-error-cod...) I solved it: I simply changed the storage location for new apps to the C drive, clicked “Retry” in Adobe CC, and that was it.

yes, with win 11

with win 11, this is from @Jeff_A_Wright :

Open Settings: Press Windows + I or click the Start menu and select Settings.

Go to System → then click Storage.

Scroll down and select Advanced storage settings.

Click Where new content is saved.

Use the dropdown menus to choose the C: drive for:

New apps

New documents

New music

New photos and videos

New movies and TV shows

Click Apply after making your selections.

and you may need to restart your computer for any changes to take effect. then install or update (whichever is triggering the 191 error) your cc desktop app.
