Error 113, the infinite and resilient error

Question

As the title says,tried to install Photoshop via CC Desktop.Installer stalls at 10%-14%.Tried every advice on the super helpful ressource page.Nothing works.Cannot switch from wirelss to cable either.May I mention that this sort of bug exclusively happens with Adobe products?Exclusively, I have a shitload of Apps on my PC never had ANY problems pointing to Wireless or Server.

After doing that and restarting, all was OK.
