I think this is a permissions & security settings issues. See the correct answer below.

Thank you for your answer but Creative Cloud has already all permission in
setting/security and privacy/privacy tab/ >file and folder: Creative CLoud
I try to give permission to all the disk for Creative Cloud, now the message is:
Exit Code: 116 -------------------------------------- Summary -------------------------------------- - 3 fatal error(s), 0 error(s), 0 warnings(s) FATAL: Fatal Error '116' occurred while download FATAL: Fatal Error '116' occurred while download FATAL: Error occurred in download of package (Name: AdobePhotoshop21-Core Version: 21.1.0.106). Error code: '116'

Error 116 occurs when the download is interrupted and gets corrupted, for more information on this error see: Creative Cloud download and install errors.
Something is interfering with the 3 step download and install process. But what I don't know.
Anti-virus is a common culprit. But you don't have one.

Hi,
I am facing the same issue. How did you solve this?
I upgraded to Catalina. Indesign 2018 doesn't want to open anymore and all application upgrades (indesign, photoshop, illustrator) fail with a 127 error.
- permissions for indesign, adobe creative cloud and creative cloud helper are set to "full disk"
- Cant seem to find the adobetemp folder. I tried to type a few variations of "/.adobeTemp" into "go to folder", but this didnt work.
- there is no firewall or virusscan installed

Why is this marked SOLVED ??? It is by no means solved. Some Macs running Catalina cannot install certain apps and nothing has been done to resolve this problem.

catalina's not compatible with current adobe software.
what cc version are you trying to install?

Catalina is the OS that specifically has this problem. Attempting to install basically anything (other than Premiere) fails. Specifically v22.2 of ME and AE.

I am both Compy23986210or70 and this User. We have a team account and since updating machines to 2022 versions of software we have had many different issues. We won't be upgrading to the latest because that is a fool's move.

Make sure your computer meets the minimum CPU & GPU requirements. Most current versions of Creative Cloud apps work on:
