When I open Creative Cloud I'm prompted to update. When I do I get Error: A12E1 and tehn it quits. How do I solve this issue?

Please restart the system once and then login to www.creative.adobe.com --->Under the tab 'Download center' you will find the download for 'Adobe creative cloud'
download that and then install it.
Incase if that doesn't fix the issue you can follow the steps mentioned in the following document.
