Error Code 204

HELP!!!!!!!!!

I have been trying to download and install the creative cloud desktop app since 12pm. This is absolutely ridiculous!

I have tried and followed all of the troubleshooting prompts as best as possible and I still end up with Error Code 204 missing files or something of the sort. I had 3 applications installed prior to needing an update and when prompted to do an update I needed the creative cloud app to do so, when trying to download it would give me the error. So as prompted by adobe support I tried the Adobe Cleaner Tool which wiped my computer completely clean of any and all Adobe related applications leaving me with absolutely NOTHING. When I tried to redownload the creative cloud desktop I was given the SAME error code 204. What do I need to do?! I also tried contacting HP support and had them control my laptop to find the issue, but after an hour of them going through my files to recover this issue that said it is an Adobe related error.
