Purchased Photoshop Elements 2024, Premiere Elements 2024 and Adobe Acrobat Standard 2020 with a new Dell laptop. Installed with serial # and everything seemed to go fine until I tried to log in. Error Code 213:10 saying there is a problem with licensing. What next? Do I go to Dell...was there a problem with the serial # even though it seemed to work?
