Hello,

Rob, newby here.
Long time ago I installed Photoshop and long time ago I deleted it.

Since then after starting up laptop a fault window pops up that photoshop.exe can't be found in users/..../appdata/local/temp/Photoshop.exe
See attachment

Tried to get rid of this window.
Cleaned up register, installed de-installed CS6 today.
Nothing helps.

I'm unable to get in contact with Adobe about this casus.

Who knows what to do!?

Attached You find the fault window.

OS is Windows 10

Best regards,
Rob

Good Day,

Thx, for reaction.

I don't know, because it's years ago.

I was able to contact Adobe in the mean time and they gave me the same solution.

I repeat that I Yesterday I installed the free edition of CS6 and hoped that with de-installation it would remove the error message.

It didn't.

Also couldn't CC cleaner tool do this job unfortunately.

Regards,

Rob

Hi there,

We're sorry for the trouble. Ideally, the issue should get fixed after performing the steps provided by the expert above. Did you reboot your system after running CC Cleaner tool?

Hello, thought I already answered Yes I did reboot and tried to install and uninstalling several Times, but nothing helped. Even an program Revo uninstaller didn't do the job.

But Thanks anyway.

The only thing I can do is making a copy of another laptop W10 to reset my own laptop.

If there are other less drastic solutions it would be most welcome.

Regards,

Rob
