fontself plugin not working on my second computer

so i purchased and downloaded Fontself plugin on my desktop computer, and on my laptop it shows that i have the plugin, but when i try to open, it just shows empty box with a menu bar in right corner, and Fontself in left corner. Not sure what to do, Help!!
