Get a Serial number from redemption code

Hello, I bought the Photoshop Elements product via Showroomprivée in France, I received a redemption code with 10 characters. I downloaded the Photoshop Elements application on my PC, but there is no way to convert this code into a serial number, the page I am sent to indicates that it does not exist (error404). https://www.adobe.com/go/getserial_fr

Yes, thank you, I finally saw this one after clicking elsewhere but then I need a 24 caracters code and not a 10 so I think this will not work with my current purchase. I will ask the seller. Thank you very much for your assistance.


yes, 10 digits is not an adobe redemption code.

    Thank you, indeed I have read this page 2 or 3 times but without success, the link does not work or a 24 characters code is asked. 

    I think I'll end up asking for a refund... after going through the entire website..
