I have attempted to redeem this boxed Adobe Photoshop and Premiere Elements with the redemption code when I bought it from Best Buy  in January, 2018. I have upgraded my computer and am ready to try again. I am not able to get a 24 digit serial number but on my receipt is a serial number listed. What should I do?
