I can't install my Creative Suite 6 Design and Web Premium

After uninstalling and then trying to reinstall my CS6 I faced a problem. Suddenly my serial number which I have registered in 2013 is invalid. Previously I've been contacting with Adobe chat support miserably trying to transfer my licence to mac and then asking for installer, my code was valid at the time, they confirmed it. Somehow it isn't right now. I can't get any help from chat support and was sent here. Thanks in advance.

    I was given a wrong installer by Adobe agent (download is currently unavailable through the website) and then got help from one another.

    Invalid or revoked serial numbers

    If the issue happened while making the transfer to Mac. you have to contact Adobe.

    In addition I can say I own edu version and I got the serial in an email from adobe, after giving them a code from the box.
