I cannot update my Lightroom 6 on to my laptop ?

Kindly let us know if you are getting any error message while trying to update your Lightroom 6, if yes then please mentioned the exact message or attach a screen shot of the it to the post. See, FAQ: How do I capture and post a screen shot or video?

Also let us know your computers operating system with its version.

Check and see if all the system requirements are met. See, System requirements for Photoshop Lightroom for Mac and Windows OS.

Have you also tried directly downloading and updating your Lightroom 6 from here: Keeping Lightroom Up-to-Date.

I have just upgraded my MacBookPro to BigSur 11.5.1, now I find my Lightroom5 will not open. Is their an updated driver. What are my options?
