I want install the photoshop cc 2017 but I can't

and I can see this message

Exit Code: 190

so please give me a brief explanation to install photoshop

for your information , I used the OS (windows 7 with service pack 1) and prepared Hardware Spec Computor

and I am Korean so Please give me the solution wirtten by Korean

Jaey80745671 I am sorry but the error does indicate that your current operating system does not meet the minimum system requirements listed at Photoshop system requirements​.

I would recommend reviewing https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/949104/how-to-update-the-windows-update-agent-to-the-latest-version​ which discusses how to verify that all available updates are installed for Windows 7.

In addition please review the graphics cards capabilities to verify that is supports OpenGL 2.0.

Finally, I am sorry but I don't speak Korean. You are welcome to use your preferred translation engine to translate the text from English to Korean.
