My laptop has Illustrator and Photoshop versions 2023, 2024, and 2025. I didn't delete the 2023-2024 versions from the C drive. Suddenly, one day, 2023 and 2024 disappeared, leaving only 2025. Why?

there's nothing on adobe's end that would remove previous version unless that option was ticked with installing an update.

@Jeffrey_A_Wright I didn't remove it directly. Is it because my laptop updated to Win 10 24h2 that caused the other versions to disappear?

Okay, thanks for the update, Flawless_Odyssey. If you have an individual subscription on another account, see https://adobe.ly/47dCFmc for information on how to access the versions that are available with your subscription.
If your subscription is managed by an organization, then please contact the Creative Cloud plan administrator for a copy of the necessary installation files. ^JW

no, updating the os wouldn't cause that problem. updating an adobe app (when the update is a major version change) gives the option (in a check box) to remove previous versions. it's very easy to not note that option when the update install is chosen.
also, in your cc desktop app preferences you can check your default in advanced options:

@kglad I didn't touch this. The 2023-2025 version suddenly disappeared.

@kglad I have never touched this option. It is strange that I updated my laptop to win 11 24H2 today and 2023-2025 disappeared.

Boot > Settings > Window Update > Press Win 11 24H2 > Restart and wait for it to finish running for about 20 minutes the 2023-2025 versions disappeared, even after updating my Windows 11 24H2 laptop, Photoshop only has 2025, and even the Entry Point Not Found issue has been resolved.

@kglad Is it because my laptop has been updated to Win 10 24/7 that other versions have disappeared?
