install cs5 standard on windows 10

Install them in Windows 10 in Compatibility Mode for Windows 7. Right click the setup file and select Properties, compatibility and select Windows 7. Then double click the setup file and you should be fine. If you want to run the latest updates for the programs find the update to Adobe Application Manager (it is shown specific to CS5.5 and CC but updates the CS5 AAM). Download the update and all the other program updates and that will then solve any issue with the last updates since the CS5 AAM just shows a message saying the updates do not apply.

First, that software is old enough that it may not work at all with Windows 10... but
