Hello there, I installed Creative Suite CS5.5 Design Standard ME into My PC whose OS is Windows7 32-bit in Japanese. Indesign and Photoshop work but Illustrator does not startup. Is there someone who helps me up with this problem? I would really like to use Illustrator. How can I do for installing Illustrator? Thank you.

Thank you for your replay.

When Illustrator starts, those following two messages appear:

I tried uninstalling Illustrator and deleting all files and folders named Adobe in my user folder and common folder and installed it again several times. But the same messages come up. Please give me any advice. Thank you.

Did you receive any error messages during the installation process?

Hello,

I tried to install Acrobat X Pro from Creative Cloud

It's looks like file didn't install properly. On AAM screen is written: Installed, but I cannot find in my computer Acroba X Pro, I found only uninstaller file which is named Acroba X Pro,

but after clikking on it only uninstall option appears:

You should be able to locate the uninstaller in Applications/Utilities/Adobe Installers.
