Hello,
We have an employee who cannot install Photoshop, but I presume the problem occurs for every app.
When she downloads the file, runs it and types in her login credentials, the window goes blank and stays that way.
I have done a bit of research and found out that special characters might cause this. Therefor we deleted the 'ø' in
her name and replaced it with 'oe'. This did solve the issue. There doesn't seem to be anymore special characters, besides
the obligatory @ and . in the email address. We have also deleted her account and resend her an invite to the cloud, which
did not fix the issue either.
Anyone know of a solution?
Regards,
Martin

first, make sure their adobe id contains no special characters (which it appears you've already checked), Blank white screen at sign-in | Adobe Creative Cloud Packager
if that doesn't help you solve the problem:
uninstall everything cc including preferences, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html
then uninstall the cc desktop app, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html
rename the opm.db file*
clean your computer of cc file

clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html
restart your computer (don't skip this)
reinstall the cc desktop app, https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud.
if you're unable to install the cc desktop app at this stage, use an administrator account (solution 3 here, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/creative-cloud-missing-damaged.html)
use the desktop app to install your cc programs/trials

Any other recommendations here. We're running into the same issue when trying to install Adobe Premier. We've tried all of the steps above and nothing has resolved the problem with the blank white window.

I am an IT Tech and was experiencing this error when trying to install Adobe Photoshop Elements on a clients computer. I discovered that once I took the clients computer off of our company domain I was able to get past this blank installer.
