Install with serial number

I am installing a Adobe Acrobat (2020 pro) version and I have the serial number for that software. However, after the installation it will pop up a login window. I tried to log in but Acrobat will close itself and when I open it, the same window pops up and I am unable to use the software. Is there any way to resolve this issue?
