Installation error 207

When I try to download the creative cloud desktop app the download bar goes to a very low percentage then I am greeted with error code 207 (can not connect to the servers) Does anybody here know how to fix this?

You need TLS 1.2 enabled on your system and your browser.  Without it you can't connect to Adobe's servers.

Most Creative Cloud apps work on:
Windows 10 versions 21H1, 20H2, 2004, and 1909 (LTSB branches are not supported)
macOS 12 (Monterey), macOS 11 (Big Sur), macOS 10.16 or 10.15 (Catalina)

Older apps (CS5 and CS6) require an older OS and will not run on the latest operating systems (Win11, Mac Catalina or higher).

 

Pre-CS5 activation servers no longer exist and cannot be activated.  Sorry.

I am on windows 11 and I am updated to TLS 1.2 all I am confused about is how to get the apps serial number to activate it.

Creative Cloud has NO serial numbers.  You activate software with your Adobe ID (email) and password.

Please confirm that your order is active and payment details are current by logging-in below.

1. Open CC Desktop App.
2. Click your Avatar (top right image) > Preferences > General tab > Settings. Select "Always keep Creative Cloud up to date."
3. Click on your Avatar again.
4. Sign-out of Creative Cloud.
5. Close all apps.
6. Restart your computer.
7. Open CC Desktop app.
8. Click your Avatar.
9. Sign-in with your paid ID and password.
