Installation Failed- Error Code P1

Photoshop Installer keeps stopping at 9% with "an unknown error" (Error Code: P1). Anyone know what this means? I can't find any info on this specific code.

I had a trial already installed but just did a system restore on my computer today and the trial version is gone, and now I can't reinstall. Please help.

if you have a subscription, install the cc desktop app from here https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud  and use it to install your subscription programs.
