    Open Control Panel > Program & Features.

    Locate Microsoft Visual C++  Redistributable Packages mentioned in the error description. repair all version.

    you may also uninstall and reinstall them. if you cannot repair .

    Navigate to C:> Program Files>Adobe.

    Open Adobe folder and check if the CC apps folder are created.

    If yes, open and check if you can locate launcher file under Adobe InDesign CC 2015 like for example  InDesign.exe

    Also Quit and relaunch Adobe Creative Cloud app once.

    In the Installation Failed pop up window,, click on More Information option and provide us exact error message.
