• Is windows 11 home version, suitable to install and run adobe Photoshop and adobe illustrator or ; should I get the pro version or Enterprise version of windows 11?

NB: I'm not sure if Adobe has certified these programs to run on Windows 11. I seem to recall seeing messages about people having issues with some (but not all) of the programs.

The fact you mention home suggests this may be a low end computer. You need a powerful system. Watch especially the GPU requirements.
