Installing cs5 on vista - previous forum expert said I had to upgrade my operating system because Adobe does not support vista. However Adobe website cs5 min requirements says vista is supported . CS5 master collection will not update programs and flash failed to install. there were 76 errors other errors on install. I have reinstalled os as requested, reinstalled from disc 3 times, reinstalled from download 2 times. I have had this exact same cs version on this system for years without issues and my computer exceeds min requirements. The forum expert could not offer any other suggestions other than adobe does not support cs5 master collection on vista, so i asked to be escalated for further support. Rep. said i would be getting my request from a tech via email, but never was given a followup. Rep did not seem interested in hearing or going over the error messages i had, but more interested in trying to find reasons to quickly resolve the query blaming it on on a os. I need help.
