Installing CS6 InDesign - Computer Restart?

Hi everyone,

When I try to install CS6 InDesign, it keeps telling me that my computer is pending a restart. However, I've tried restarting it and shutting it down and turning it back on, and nothing's working.

Help!

The error summary link sends me to another error page.

Please share the contents of "error summary" page, or attach a screen shot of it.

There isn't anything to share because the "error summary" page links to an error page (it can't be found).

I'm trying to install CS6 InDesign, so I don't think the CC install log files will help...
