Installing Photoshop

Community Beginner ,
Aug 14, 2022 Aug 14, 2022

Hi - I have recently upgraded from LR6 to LR Classic. Although it's included in my plan, I can't see how to open Photoshop. Creative Cloud says Photoshop is up to date, but nothing happens when I click Open.

Second question - presumably I can safely uninstall earler versions of Photoshop (5 and 6), and also LR5 and 6?

Thanks,

Alex

check your account to verify your subscription is what you expect and to verify your adobe id, https://accounts.adobe.com

then, if your subscription, shows what you expect, sign out and then back in to your cc desktop application using the same adobe id used to verify your subscription: http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/sign-in-out-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html

if signing out and then back in fails, restart your computer and retry signing out/in.
