Internet connection (near) down when CC is updating an application
THIS IS SERIOUS
Recently, my internet connection drops to near zero responsiveness when Creative Cloud is performing an update of an application like Premiere or Photoshop. I managed to workaround the issue by setting the priority of setup,exe to low in the Windows Task manager. The issue is so intrusive that mail and browsing no longer work and the outside world no longer exists. Also, an update takes hours. When the update is cancelled, normal internet operation resumes.
