Issue with illustrator 7 day trial

Hey!

I have the following problem. Every time I try to open Illustrator to start my 7 day trial, the following window pops up, even if i do start it through Creative cloud app.

Every time I press ''continue'' the same message pops up. What do i do wrong? I've tried uninstalling Illustrator, signing out of my account.
