ive been charged twice!!!

Hi all.

My CC has been charged twice for my Photography plan and yet the tech support states that I haven't made any payments!!!

case number ADB-7457023-F7B1

Here's a screenshot from my bank as proof of payment.

so the bottom line is.

I've been charged twice for a product i did not receive.

Has this happened to anyone? can someone from support team help me here?

Only Contact Customer Care can help you with this. What does your Adobe account show? Is this for a new subscription? It take some time to become effective.
