ive been charged twice!!!
Hi all.
My CC has been charged twice for my Photography plan and yet the tech support states that I haven't made any payments!!!
case number ADB-7457023-F7B1
Here's a screenshot from my bank as proof of payment. 
so the bottom line is.
I've been charged twice for a product i did not receive.
Has this happened to anyone? can someone from support team help me here?
