On adobe global site there is a note that faculty members and students are supposed to be getting at least 60% discount. For that the user is redirected to towards a local reseller. After contacting local reseller they informed me that they do not offer that service and I should be contacting adobe global for getting this. More specifically - what I wanted was

  • to subscribe on a monthly basis, without penalty for stopping the subscription - i.e., not the 1 year plan which is the only plan available from the local reseller
  • to get this "at least 60% discount"

However, when I try to contact adobe global I get redirected to local site. Going through the contact options only thing coming up us the ability to post on these forums.

So the question - how can I contact Adobe global with my problem with which the local reseller is unable to help me with?

60% Student discounts normally only apply to full 1 year subscriptions.  If you want a subscription that you can cancel any time without penalty, the cost for that arrangement is normally 1.5 times the cost of the non-discounted plans.

Contact support - For the link below click the Still Need Help? option in the blue area at the bottom and choose the chat or phone option...
