Lightroom Update failed error 146

Can anyone help please?  I have just tried to update tLightroom Classic to version 14.3 but it failed,   It gets to 95% and then drops out.  I have posted the error log below hopefully that may help

This error usually occurs when the installer can’t move a file from the temporary folder where it was initially downloaded.

Hi Srishti,

 

Thanks for getting back to me.  I am really struggling with this.  I found the files referred to at the bottom of the error log.  The file mentioned is in the directory five times.  I deleted all file and ran again but it still failed

 

Please help as I am really struggling.  By the way I do not need the cannon files if we need to delete that

Further to my earlier email here is the full path of the failed file

I have reloaded creative cloud and tried to change the properties of the file.  Bit when I change to read write. it works but when I go back in th echeck it has reverted to read only PLEASE HELP
