Need my Serial Number for Lightroom 5

Hi.

In the past I bought Lightroom 5 as a CD within the order code to get the serial number.

I Installed the program and it works fine.

Just now I have installed my computer new and so I have to install Adobe Lightroom 5 new too.

If I use "www.adobe.com/go/getserial_de" and get my order code for the serial number

I logged in the Adobe environment, put in my 24 digit registration code and

I got the message that this code is already registered for an Adobe product too.

That's correct - by me on the last installation of my computer.

Where can I find the serial number for my registration code inside the package of Adobe Lightroom 5 ?

    Sorry, but I don't use a tablet and also not a smartphone for chats  !

    I am sorry, Thorstenl42640747, but there are no software titles registered under the e-mail address you used to post to this public discussion forum.  For additional assistance with locating the license for your purchased software, you will need to start a private chat session.  Please be prepared with any alternate e-mail addresses or phone numbers that may have been used to register the software.

    You can find steps which you can take to block the connection errors that are preventing you from establishing a chat session at Resolve connection errors with Adobe Creative Cloud and Creative Suite applications .

    I would recommend instead that you go to a different computer, at a public library or friend's house, to begin the private chat session at Contact Customer Care .

    Thorstenl42640747 I am sorry, but there are no Adobe software titles registered under the e-mail address you have used to post to this public discussion forum.  Please see http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/find-serial-number.html for details on how to locate registered Adobe serial numbers.

    If you received a redemption code, then it would have been registered under the e-mail address you used to redeem the code.

    If you already have your serial number then what error is preventing you from reinstalling Lightroom 5?  What operating system are you installing Lightroom on?

    Yes, thats correct I think so.

    Before I create a new Adobe account I had a former different internet provider and after changing the provider I can't use the old email address even longer.

    If I remember the old email address has been <Removed by Moderator>

    But I have not even longer access to it, so I can't order an new Adobe password for this account.

    That's the reason why I had to create an new Adobe account with the email address <Removed by Moderator>

    I hope this explains the situation.

    Is it possible to transfer the registration Information for Lightroom 5 from my old account to my new account ?

    Sorry, it's not possible, because I have NOT EVEN LONGER access to the former email address / former Adobe account.

    The email account has been deactivated with my change to a new internet provider.

    So I can't follow your instructions on that way.

    I bought a program named Lightroom 5 for 139.- Euro with CD and I only want to use the "my" program.

    This Licence has been paid and I only need the serial number to use the already paid program.

    My Lightroom 5 license isn't a release für subcription and  that was exanctly what I want as I bought it.

    I have NO possibility for a login to my former Adobe account.

    I have no preference for the way but I need the serial number
