Question

Nothing happens when I press the blue 'update now' on Creative Cloud

Nothing happens when I press the blue 'update now' (or "mettre à jour" in french) buttons on the list of apps that have an update in Creative Cloud. I'd like to update Dreamweaver 19&20&21.
Apple Creative Cloud is up to date and run on Mac OS. Obviously, my internet connection is working perfectly.

By the way, I have reported many bugs in Dreamweaver, some of which are detrimental to my professional productivity. Some are unworthy of society like Adobe. Nothing was ever done despite repeated complaints from many users. Let me tell you that I am starting to hesitate to renew my subscription.
Regards

This is NOT Adobe customer service... this is a PUBLIC space that is provided by Adobe

Very few Adobe employees ever visit this space, so other users provide what help is possible

Since your original message did not mention WHICH Mac operating system you have, kglad's reply was appropriate

Thank you for this totally unnecessary answer. Adobe customer service

Creative Cloud was completely out.
Too many bugs in your software. Some are too old and are unacceptable. For
example, how is it that on DW a double click on a variable the "$" is
sometimes selected and other times not. Impossible to know why. This is in
the field of word processing !! If your developers do not know how to
handle this (it has been going on since DW 19 !!!) then they should go to
Microsoft to develop !! thank you
