Photoshop reinstall error 190.

My photoshop CC (2017) layers were playing up so I uninstalled the program. When I try and reinstall Photoshop CC (2017) I am told that my Mac OS 10.10.5 is not compatible and have a 190 error code. I have had photoshop installed for 2 years on this Mac and updated it just before reinstalling it. Therefore, I don't understand why it won't reinstall. Please help! I even tried installing Photoshop CC (2015) and that wasn't compatible either. How can something that was compno longerolonger be with an update?
