I am trying to download Creative Suite and Desgn standard on my computer, and an error comes up "Please Close these applications to continue." IT directs me to a Adobe website that tells how to do this, by quitting the application, and then by going into the Mac OS, to Applications/Utilties/Activty Monitor. There you are supposed to be able to quit any applicadtion, but the ones listed in my download "SafariBookmarkS" and "SafariLaunchAgen" do not appear. I quit various other Safari apps (some did not apper to quit), but the message remains.

Can you help me with this? Thank you.
